What it is

Spring is an electronic health record for Mac, iPhone and iPad. Physicians use it to keep their patients' charts, notes and results in one place.

Your Spring account

Create or sign in to your Spring account at id.springcare.app. You enter your email address, we send a one-time sign-in code to it, and you can then add a passkey (Face ID, Touch ID or your device's screen lock) so you rarely need a code again. There are no passwords.

Who the beta is for

The clinical beta is for a small group of invited clinicians and testers. Anyone may create an account; clinical features open to you when a colleague invites you.

Email from Spring

We send only account email: sign-in codes you ask for, invitations a colleague sends you by name, and security notices about your own account. We never send marketing.
